How It Works
Set Up Sheet
Run Form Bridge → Set Up Sheet from the Sheets menu bar. Your form structure loads into a "Form Questions" sheet: one row per question, all properties filled in.
Edit in Your Sheet
Use copy/paste, find & replace, and row reordering to bulk-edit question text, choices, required fields, help text, and conditional logic.
Push to Form
Click Push to Form. Form Bridge validates your edits, then pushes all changes back to Google Forms in seconds, not minutes, not one-by-one.

Form Bridge only touches what it needs.
Form Bridge reads and writes your form's questions: titles, types, choices, and logic. That's it.
It cannot see your form responses, your other spreadsheets, or any other files in your Drive. It only ever accesses the one form linked to your spreadsheet. Your data stays in your Google account. No external servers. No database. Nothing leaves Google.
Common Questions
Does this work with forms that already have responses?
Yes. Form Bridge reads and writes form structure only: question text, types, and choices. It never touches response data. You can safely run Set Up Sheet and Push to Form on any live form with existing responses.
Can I see my existing form questions on the Free plan?
Yes. Set Up Sheet (form → sheet) is always free. You can read your entire form structure, view all questions, and check for errors at no cost. Pushing changes back to the form (sheet → form) requires Pro.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. Your "Form Questions" sheet stays exactly as it is. Your form stays exactly as it is. Set Up Sheet and Check for Errors remain available for free. Only Push to Form is re-locked.
Does it work with personal Gmail or only Google Workspace?
Form Bridge is designed to work with both personal Google accounts and Google Workspace accounts. See the documentation for any known differences.
What does "Unsupported" mean in the Status column?
Some question types (like image questions or file upload) can't be edited through the Forms API. Form Bridge loads them read-only so you can still see and reorder them, but won't push content changes for those rows.
