Report a problem, request a feature, ask a question, or get help with billing. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Something not working as expected? Describe what you tried to do and what happened instead. Including your approximate question count is helpful.

If you saw a "Something went wrong" alert in the add-on, check your spreadsheet for a sheet tab called Form Bridge Log. It has a timestamped record of what happened. Copy the relevant rows and paste them into your message — this is the fastest way for us to help.
Have an idea? Tell us what you'd like to be able to do and a little about your use case. We read every request.
For general questions: Check the documentation first; it covers most common questions. Then describe what you're trying to do.
For billing questions: Subscriptions are managed through the Google Workspace Marketplace. For refund requests or billing disputes, include your Google account email and approximate purchase date.
For privacy or data requests: Include a description of your request (access, deletion, correction, or other concern). We will respond within 30 days.
