Terms of Service
1. The Service
Form Bridge ("the Add-on") is a Google Workspace Add-on developed and operated by CapraFlow LLC ("CapraFlow", "we", "us"). It enables users to read, edit, and sync Google Form question structures through Google Sheets.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Form Bridge for your personal or business use. You may not sublicense, resell, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Add-on.
3. Free and Pro Tiers
Free tier: Set Up Sheet (read form → sheet), Check for Errors, and Pull from Form are available at no cost and will remain available regardless of your subscription status.
Pro tier: Push to Form (write sheet edits → form) requires an active Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Workspace Marketplace. If your Pro subscription lapses, Push to Form becomes unavailable, but your data (the "Form Questions" sheet and your Google Form) is unaffected.
Pricing and billing are managed by Google. Refer to your Google Workspace Marketplace account for billing details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Form Bridge to violate Google's Terms of Service or Workspace policies
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Add-on
- Use the Add-on to automate actions that violate Google's API usage policies
- Attempt to circumvent the Pro tier subscription requirement
- Resell or redistribute access to the Add-on
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Form Bridge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use at your own risk.
We strongly recommend testing edits on a non-critical form before syncing changes to production forms with existing responses.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CapraFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Form Bridge, including but not limited to loss of data, unintended changes to forms, or orphaned response data resulting from question type changes.
CapraFlow's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Form Bridge shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $0 for free tier users.
7. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Form Bridge at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through the Marketplace listing or this website.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Form Bridge after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
