• Pull from Form: refreshes the sheet from your live form, preserving any notes you've added
• Check for Errors: validates all rows and highlights problems before you push
• Push to Form (Pro): applies your sheet edits back to Google Forms
• 9-column schema: Title, Type, Choices, Required, Logic, Description, Question ID, Notes, Status
• Editable question types: Multiple choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Short answer, Paragraph, Section title, Text block
• Read-only support for question types that can't be edited (date, time, scale, grid, file upload) — imported as Unsupported rows so they stay in place
