Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
Form Bridge is a Google Workspace Add-on developed and operated by CapraFlow LLC ("CapraFlow"), a business automation consultancy. For questions, contact us.
2. What Data Form Bridge Accesses
Form Bridge requests five OAuth permissions:
- Current spreadsheet (
spreadsheets.currentonly): Form Bridge reads from and writes to the Google Sheet you have open when you run the add-on. It accesses only the active spreadsheet, not your other spreadsheets or Google Drive files. - Google Form structure (
forms.body): Form Bridge reads and writes your Google Form's question structure: question titles, types, answer choices, required flags, help text, and conditional logic. It reads the form that is linked to the spreadsheet as its response destination. - Add-on UI (
script.container.ui): Enables Form Bridge to display its menu and interface within Google Sheets. This permission does not grant access to any user data. - External requests (
script.external_request): Enables Form Bridge to call the Google Forms REST API. This is used exclusively to read and write your form's question structure via Google's own API. No data is sent to any server outside of Google's services. - Marketplace licensing (
appsmarketplace.license): Enables Form Bridge to verify your subscription status (Free or Pro) through the Google Workspace Marketplace. No personal data is accessed; only your license tier is read.
Form Bridge does not access:
- Form responses: Form Bridge neither reads nor modifies submitted response data
- Other spreadsheets or Drive files outside the one you have open
- Your Google account profile or email
- Any data outside your Google account
3. How Data Is Stored
Form Bridge has no external servers and no database. All data remains within your Google account at all times.
The only information stored outside the spreadsheet itself is your subscription tier (Free or Pro), saved in Google Apps Script UserProperties, a Google-managed per-user key-value store that is not accessible to CapraFlow.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Form Bridge does not transmit your data to any third parties. No analytics, advertising, or data-sharing integrations are included in the add-on.
No one at CapraFlow reads, views, or has access to the content of your forms or spreadsheets. All data remains within your Google account.
This website links to the Google Workspace Marketplace. CapraFlow is not responsible for the privacy practices of Google or any other third-party services linked from this site. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles your data.
5. Website Analytics
The capraflow.com website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and button clicks. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data is processed by Google and is not tied to your Google account or Form Bridge usage.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles analytics data.
6. Cookies
The Form Bridge add-on does not use cookies. The capraflow.com website uses cookies set by Google Analytics to collect the anonymous usage data described in Section 5. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by CapraFlow.
7. Data Retention
Because Form Bridge stores no data externally, there is nothing for CapraFlow to delete on your behalf. Your form structure lives in your Google Form and your spreadsheet; both remain under your full control regardless of whether you use Form Bridge.
If you uninstall Form Bridge, the "Form Questions" sheet in your spreadsheet is not deleted. It is a normal spreadsheet tab that you can keep or delete yourself.
8. Children's Privacy
Form Bridge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the service, please contact us.
9. Your Rights
You may revoke Form Bridge's access at any time by removing it from your Google account. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Form Bridge.

10. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice on the Form Bridge product page. Continued use of Form Bridge after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
